This section describes step-by-step how to create a Building Structure in Electrical discipline

1. Select (Building Properties). Opens Building Manager dialog.
2. Click . Opens the Building Manager / Classification System dialog.
   
3. Select Building, Floor, Space in the building structure tree view and click New. Opens the Create keys dialog. The Building symbol is highlighted in the Symbol group list. Create a Building by loading a default Macro Building n.
4. Click Load Default Macro and by loading a default Macro Building n create a Building.
   
   The resultant Building element will appear in the Building structure.
5. Select the Building 1 and follow similar steps to create a Level. Here, load a default Macro Floor n. The level element Level 1 appears in the structure.
6. Select the Level 1 and follow similar steps to create Rooms.
   • In Building Manager dialog click New. — Opens the Subytpe dialog.
     
     
     
   • Load a default Macro Floor /No, and enter the number of rooms 30 in Number of Keys.
   • You are required to set the attribute values to get a realistic room spaces.
   • When done, click OK to amend the rooms in building structure.

The resultant structure appears in Building Manager.

Click OK to return to the Building Structure section of Drawing Setup dialog.

Note: Make sure to select Level 1 in the Drawing Setup.
